What Does Bring Your Child To Work Day Look Like at Wipro?

Last year's Bring Your Child to Work Day event in the East Brunswick office was a tremendous success with employees across our organization participating in various activities with their children. Click here to see photos from last year’s event.

Last year, the day started with a warm welcome to all the children who visited the office with their parents. A tour of the workplace was organized to give the kids an insight into where their parents work every day. They got to see different departments, meet some colleagues, and even witness various tasks in action.

Interactive sessions and workshops were conducted to engage the kids in fun learning activities related to the work we do at Wipro. From mini coding sessions to creative arts and crafts projects, the children had a chance to explore different aspects of our business in a playful manner.

One of the highlights of the day was a panel discussion where employees from diverse backgrounds shared their career journeys and inspired the young minds to believe in themselves and pursue their passions. It was truly a motivational experience for both the children and the parents present.

As the day came to a close, each child was given a small token of appreciation to remember their visit to the workplace. The event not only fostered a sense of community within the organization but also instilled a sense of curiosity and ambition in the children, empowering them to dream big and work towards their goals.
