The power of our thinking allows us to change the way we perceive and experience the things that happen to us. That is why we could say that change begins, is maintained and occurs from within, and it is guided by our will, values, capabilities and decisions. Creating healthier or productive habits that allow us to achieve our goals and be happy is a complex and meticulous process that involves taking ourselves back as a priority, getting to know ourselves again, and being consistent even when progress appears to be slow.
Attendees will learn the importance of habits in our daily lives; They will understand why it is easier to maintain “bad habits”, and they will learn strategies to create and adapt healthy and efficient habits in their daily lives, in addition to achieving what is fundamental: consistency.
