As a global company with local impact we, your Americas Operations Team, wanted to start sharing the latest news and happenings from you and for you. So, allow us to introduce...The Water Cooler. This quarterly newsletter will allow all of us Wiproites in the Americas to gather around the metaphorical water cooler and hear all the office buzz you were missing out on until now. 

Americas Operations works by the motto “Building Better Workplaces.” This newsletter and our iOps website were both created with the same goal of improving the Wiproite experience. Structural Spotlight

  • Project:
    New Capco office location

    Capco's new Charlotte office is officially open! This centrally-located space features state-of-the-art workstations, private offices, and meeting rooms, as well as access to One South's unmatched building amenities. Employees will have access to the event center, wellness suite, coffee and cocktail bar, golf simulator, and more!

    Completion:
    Opened June 2024

  • Project:
    Expanding Studio BR with a 1240m² new floor

    Curitiba’s exciting office expansion is now complete! With 180 new workstations, additional meeting spaces, phone booths, and 4 training rooms, promoting a collaborative work environment. Along with an inviting reception, the space will also feature a vibrant employee lounge and gaming hub, open cafe, and wellness room.

    Completed July 2024
